1 General Terms & Conditions

Score 365 ("we", "the platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Score 365 website and mobile application. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with Score 365, the following requirements must be met:

• Each individual is permitted to create only one account.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Score 365 may request a national ID, passport, or other valid identification at any time. Score 365 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

3 Deposits & Payments

Score 365 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers are also supported.

• Deposited funds are assumed to be used for gaming purposes.
• Accounts may be subject to investigation if money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected.
• There are no additional charges on deposits, though the payment gateway may apply its own fees.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from Score 365:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Mobile wallet transfers typically arrive within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Daily withdrawals are capped at ৳1,00,000.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Terms and conditions governing bonuses and promotional offers at Score 365:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x).
• The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only.
• Once a bonus expires, it is automatically forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be voided and the account suspended.
• Cashback bonuses are generally issued every Monday and can be withdrawn directly.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Score 365:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• Bets placed on abnormal odds caused by technical errors may be voided.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing or other fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• Some bets in live betting may be voided due to network delays.

Score 365 reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns and may verify the accounts involved if necessary.

7 Account Closure

Score 365 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• If multiple accounts are operated by the same person.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• If you fail to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If the member is found to be under 18 years of age.
• If there is evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

Members can also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. A self-exclusion option is available as well.
